The Unforgotten Fantasy GEM! Wrestling PRESTON!

**First Fantasy Shocker = Preston Williams, WR of the Miami Dolphins has been forgotten in the fantasy realm ever since he flashed great talents by being able to win at high points of passes thrown in his area code in 2019 especially in week 9 where he recorded 5 receptions for 72 yards and 2 TDs vs the New York Jets. He also recorded 32 receptions for 428 receiving yards along with 3 TDs as the leading Wide Out for the Miami Dolphins prior to getting injured. Then in 2020, in week 5 Mr. Williams caught 4 passes for 108 yards to include a 32 yard TD catch. Unfortunately, on November 11, 2020 Preston sustained a severe foot injury resulting in him being place on the Injury Reserved list and unable to compete in active NFL games.

Since the foot injury, Miami has Drafted Under Rated QB, Tua Tagovailoa, Multi – Talented Wide out Jaylen Waddle, then added power house Wide Reciever Tyreek Hill to its Roster to form an extremely High Octane Offense to go along with the Under Rated Ball Skills of Tight End – Mike Gesicki. The Dolphin’s franchise is moving forward with Tua as their Primary Shot Caller for 2022. That is a good thing (many enthusiast may disagree). Tua is equipped at the QB position well enough to provide ample opportunity to make 3 to 4 skill positioned players Fantasy Relevant. Sure, there will definitely be some inconsistent performances from each previously mentioned players because, although Tua is good, he simply is not a stud at the QB position by any means. Preston is 6’4 and ran a 4.6 forty yard dash. So, he is does not possess blazing speed but, he is tall enough and jumps high enough to compliment his frame during contested pass/catch situations at this level. Preston is talented enough to beat most supporting safeties or #2 Cornerback or even #1 Linebacker at the NFL level. So, with that being said, many top NFL Defenses will be lined up, planning to stop Tyreek Hill and Jaylen in most formations. Gesicki will eat underneath for sure due to this predictive scheme which should in turn cause the primary Linebacker to shift in formation to account for Mike Gesicki (Offensive Mismatch as well). Miami Coaching staff will have no choice but, to inform Tua of how OPEN Preston Williams will be either open during route running or simply possess the talent to win contested passes against #2s and #3s on the defensive side of the ball.

QB, Tua does not possess a cannon of a passing arm by any stretch of the imagination and will probably under – throw speedy Receiver Tyreek Hill during Practices (already recorded/posted on Twitter) and NFL games alike. Tua knows or at least should be mindful that the Dolphins’ Front Office has him on a short leash this season and have high expectations for him to produce at a high level. With that part of the equation, Tua may opt to throw some deep passes to a larger and slower target than that of Hill (5’10 at 184lbs) in order to pad his stats to reflect a positive QB efficiency rating. That, ladies and gentlemen is called SELECTIVE OPPORTUNITY which many are over looking for Preston William. Tua will feel more comfortable passing to Williams in Break or Make situations for the Miami Offense due to his size, ball skills and reliable hands. (Tua won’t over throw Preston — TRUST!)

**2022 NFL Projected Stats for Preston Williams = 65 receptions/658 receiving yards/8 touchdowns!**

**GERALD EVERETT of the Now, LA Chargers will be provided a Featured Role at the Tight End Position. His new Contract (2 years/$12 million) suggests he is projected/viewed by the Chargers’ Franchise to be the starting Tight End this upcoming NFL season and beyond. That means Everett will have the opportunity to take his NFL experience (5 years – 4 with Rams and 1 – with Seahawks). He has the prototypical size/speed ration of a Dominant Move – Tight end (6’3 at 240lbs) and runs a 4.62 forty time with an impressive 37.5 inch vertical jump as well. He possesses very reliable, soft hands and runs good enough routes learned from multiple seasons of NFL training and valuable experience at the NFL level. The young talented gun slinging QB of Justin Herbert will have ample time to capitalize off the opportunity to develop adequate Chemistry with the under valued talented Player in Mr. Everett during a Full Off – Season program and regular scheduled training camp to add precise timed route running packages designed for the New Elite Duo.

Many Fantasy Enthusiast will peg Keenan Allen, Austin Ekeler, Mike Williams and even Josh Palmer as the top Receiving Options in the LA Chargers Passing Offense in 2022 NFL season. However, myself and The FanatasyGoodeSports community beg to differ this receiving hierarchy and predict that Gerald Everett will more often than not, become a Top 3 Receiving option for the Elite QB, Justin Herbert. Especially in the Green Zone (many enthusiast call it the Red Zone), Gerald will capitalize off his unique blend of superior size/speed/athleticism/reliable hands to win in jump ball situations as well as, his effective route running abilities vs mismatches against smaller Linebackers too. Yeah, I said it! Gerald Everett will finish as a top TE#13 for Fantasy Football purposes (especially in Tight End Premium scoring formats) in 2022 and beyond. Not many enthusiast are pegging him this High in consensus Redraft or Dynasty Football Rankings. So, don’t let the Band Wagon Jumpers Fool you guys. You heard it hear at the FantasyGoodeSports TheGoodeNews first. Publication DATES DON’T LIE!

**2022 Projected Stats for Gerald Everett – 78 catches/792 receiving yards/8 – 11 touchdowns).**

**Tyler Allgeier, 2022 Rookie RB, Atlanta Falcons. In previous articles published in TheGoodeNews, it was already documented regarding his collegiate history/NFL Draft and what he brings to any team fortunate to select him. In the unfortunate event you missed that article please feel free to go back and enjoy that content along with other informative aspects of notable NFL rookies as well. This is a case of ample opportunity on the Offensive side of the ball for the Atlanta Falcons. This is an NFL team that has many Offensive vacancies pertaining to the Skilled Positioned players. Calvin Ridley, WR needed time away from the game for personal reasons (he plays for The Atlanta Falcons, can you blame him?!), Julio Jones has departed from the franchise two seasons now, Russell Gage plays for Tampa Bay Buccaneers now and Cordarrelle Patterson is atop the Falcon’s RB depth Chart. The most under rated analysis about this depleted Offense, is QB Matt Ryan is now with the Indianapolis Colts via Trade. Although Matt Ryan, was never a dual threat QB for fantasy purposes but, he was the Steady – Freddy producer of the QBs. He respectively supported Julio Jones, WR, Tony Gonzalez, Legendary Tight end, Calvin Ridley, WR and Russell Gage, WR4 as either Elite or reliable fantasy options for seasons historically.

Now in 2022, Atlanta has Marcus Mariota and NFL Drafted Rookie QB, Desmond Ridder as the top 2 Shot Callers for this offense. I really don’t need to say anymore about that fact to convince any reader that, the Falcons’ offense is not projected to be anything special or exciting in 2022 from a fantasy perspective. Don’t get me wrong, Tight End Kyle Pitts is an absolute Phenom at the position from both a Real Life and Fantasy point of view. However, He is a Tight End and more predictable to game plan against for opposing NFL teams. Sure, Pitts should get plenty of opportunities to be peppered with passes from Mariota and he should finish as a top #3 Tight End in 2022. Even Cordarrelle Patterson was a huge gem in Fantasy for 2021 but, he and Kyle Pitts cannot be the only producers for this team alone moving forward (especially if an injury occurs – very likely). Tyler Allgeier is a thick RB and has the skill set to be a three – down RB if called upon. He is an adequate pass catcher and an in between the tackles player that will add a natural flow to the offense by keeping the chains moving with his short yardage abilities. This should allow whichever QB under center to settle down and run a somewhat proficient offense more offensive drives than not in 2022.

At 5’10 weighing 220lbs and running a 4.60 he is quite a nimble runner for such a larger running back. He can be a decent enough pass protector as displayed in College to have more value than initially expected. His thickness suggests he should be durable enough to sustain on average 15 to 20 touches easily at the next level. He also showed reliable pass catching skills to add to his strong running style. In the event that opportunity arises for the previous possibilities in 2022, Mr. Allgeier definitely possess great value in the later rounds of any format Fantasy Football Draft this upcoming season. Yes, I said it, a savvy drafter building their Fantasy teams with elite options at the Wide Receivers, Tight End and Quarterback (s), Allgeier can provide for a High – FLEX ceiling RB if targeted in Rounds 10 through 14 (Early Double – Digit draft rounds). Yes, it is imperative that each Drafter know their League Mates and feel the flow of each Fantasy Draft Round they participate in. Only time and experience can hone those skills as well.

**2022 NFL Stats for Tyler Allgeier = 750 rushing yards/42 receptions/323 reception yards/7 to 9 total touchdowns**
